SALT CREATORS Inc. ("we", "us") handles the personal information and user data processed through our website and tools as described below.

We collect the following information.

Information entered in the contact form: name, company or trade name (optional), email address, and message
Access logs recorded on our hosting provider's servers (IP address, browser type, access time, etc.)
Information handled by our Threads integration tool (see Section 7)

To respond to inquiries and contact you
To propose, provide, and improve our services
To operate the website securely and prevent unauthorized access
To comply with applicable laws

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Service Providers

Contact form submissions are delivered to us through the email delivery service Resend. The website is also hosted by an external provider. We allow these providers to handle information only to the extent necessary and require appropriate management.

6. Security

We take necessary and appropriate security measures, such as limiting access rights and encrypting communications, to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.

7. Threads Integration Tool (draftloop)

We use the Threads API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. in an internal tool named "draftloop". It is used only by our staff, with our own Threads account.

Data processed: public Threads posts shown in keyword search results (post ID, text, username, post time, URL), and the replies posted by our own account
Purpose: our staff view the search results on screen and reply manually after reading them. We use the data for no other purpose
Storage: we do not store search results. They are only displayed on screen and are not saved to any database or file
No automation: we do not send automated replies, automated posts, or direct messages. Each reply is written and sent manually by our staff
No sharing or sale: we do not share, sell, or license the data to third parties. We do not use it to build user profiles or to make eligibility decisions about individuals
Data we hold: because we do not store search results, the only Threads-derived data we hold is the replies published by our own account
Data deletion requests: if you want Threads-derived data about you deleted, email ryohei.shioji@salt-creators.com. We will act within 30 days of receipt and let you know the result

8. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Deletion

If you ask us to disclose, correct, add to, delete, or stop using personal information we hold about you, we will verify your identity and respond in accordance with applicable law. Contact ryohei.shioji@salt-creators.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy when laws or our business change. Revisions take effect when posted on this page.
